K750i assigning ring tone |

Hi
I've put a load of MP3's onto the Memory Stick and can select them as the default ring tone. But I want to assign different ones to individual contacts. When I go to assign ring tone it only lists those stored on the phone and non of them on the memory stick. How do I get it to select an MP3 that is on the memory stick.

you can't. It is the same with assigning pictures to contacts in the phonebook. You can then also only select pix from internal memory and not the memory card

Try copying the ringtone you want from the memory stick to the phone memory, then surely you should be able to assign it then? |

You can always use the data cable to put them into the internal phone memory or try and move them accross. Not sure about the second option...

Hey guys another Q..how does one assign a ring tone or picture to a group on the K750?

err...
yes you can,
go into "file manager",
click "sounds",
scroll down to the mp3 that you like,
click "more",
click "use as",
then click "contact ringtone",
then select the contact you want and hey presto!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention its the same story with photos, "more" then "contact picture" etc..
