upon reading the mobique k750 review, i found out that k750 cant perform file transfers.

so does this mean you cant send and recieve files sent through bluetooth? like on k700? if so, im quite disapointed

heres a little 'snippit' from the mobique review
Problems/issues
Bluetooth – no longer possible to perform file transfer operations from handset
It’s a shame that Sony Ericsson removed this feature from the K750i (and I expect them to do so on future models as well) – which means I will now have to revert back to the old send and receive method of moving/copying files from one Bluetooth handset to another!

You can still send files by bluetooth, but you can't open "up" your k750i so other bluetooth mobilephones/pda's can just grab/put what they want. It might be abit more complicated if you going to transfer many files but its still doable. |

It's the other way around I'm afraid: You (K750i) cannot browse other devices, but others can browse your files.
I hope they add this function in future updates though, I really miss it.

Yep. You can only accept stuff over bluetooth that was sent to you from the other device. |

If that is the case, would it not be more logical to prevent others from browsing your phone then (I don't know exactly what bluesnarfing is) ?
Usually securiy fixes prevents others from doing you harm and not the otherway around. |
