for all those 6230i users: do you have this problem? if you put the volume in level 4 it still is very low... but if you put it in level 5 thats the time you'll hear someone's calling you or texted you... is this a firmware bug? my mom is really upset about this... even though she already set the volume to 4 she can't hear it... unlike her 7250i |

Same here. Already got 3 replacement units from Globe but all produced the same low volume. Probably it is a bug. |
