If I would buy a 128mb memorystick for my p800 I would be able to store over 2hrs of movie, since 1min is aprox. 1mb. Will the p800 be able to handle this large files?

I think it shoud be no problem as the movie is on the memory stick and not on the internal memory. One question though what kind of movies do you mean (sizewise). For the movies I have on my computer the rule 1 min = 1 mb doesn't apply. It is more like 1 min = 9 - 10 mb.

First of all, what does "duo" mean? Can't I use a regular Sony Memorystick?

In the SE White Paper it says that 1min ~ 1mb in mpeg-4. I was thinking of 120mb movies = 2hrs.

Memstick duo is a new smaller format of the regular memstick.

Take a look at http://www.memorystick.org/msinfo/eng/ms/duo.html

of course you can... P800 has built in movie player

128MB = 128 min... of course the computer movies are larger... hello??? higher resolution! The P800 handles mpeg4 160x120 or somewhere there.

i don't think i'll be watching full movies on the P800... maybe just tv shows or something...

The p800 will kick ass! I preordered one last week, too bad that they couldn't tell me when it was going to be released. I hate that. It's always the same shit and everything is always delayed.
