i currently using Z800, and try to flashing R1AB014 by TMS, but i can't connect to the phone, i'm using usb unlocking cable, is anybody can help? Thanks! |

T28 Cable isn't USB. Are you using the USB cable that came with the phone? |

no, i bought it from https://www.phantomgsm.com/product_info-176_48+782.html, but it doesn't work, once it prompt to power on the phone but nothing happen. please help me. |

have you assigned a COM port? and put this in your flashing application? have you tested the cable? Have you asked the reseller for explicit instructions on how to use it? What did they say?

The cable that you showed in your link is the wrong cable. It has to be a serial cable not a usb cable. |

i'm not understand then why they said Ericsson T28 USB Unlocking & Flashing Cable? anyway i have bought another T28 Unlock/Service Cable (Serial) from this website www.kobonet-netshop.co.uk, is this a right cable? |
