Hi guys,

been dreaming for quite a while now about a PDA/Phone or Phone/PDA concept. Though there are some out there (eg. Handspring Treo, HP Jornada, O2 XDA etc), must say that their designs suck big time!!! I have posted in esato before that the P800's design is bad. But compare the latter to the former group, P800 is clearly grades above the rest even in design.

So, I have set my mind to wait for the arrival of the P800. Question is, what kind of software would I like to get it in.

Here is my wish list:

1. Games (lots of it!!!)
2. The Holy Bible (Palm can get the entire Bible in its PDA at about over 1mb wheras the Pocket PCs about 3mb. The epoc version is over 2mb. Thus, I believe it is possible to squeeze the entire Holy Bible into the combination of 16mb available on the P800. Wouldn't it be cool? My handphone will be my Bible. I can read it wherever I go... I know heads will turn in church on Sunday...)
3. Dictionary and Thesaurus

These are but some which I really look forward to. What kind of softwares would you guys like to have on your P800?

yes filesharing would be the most cool application over gprs! Think of the data-traffic this will generate... Networks would be happy with such an application

yea mobile kazaa that would be great except for the viruses on it.
more advanced games like on the game boy advance (that would be great).
make your MP-3 file be your ring tone; a theme maker on your P800.
and maby SWATCH internet time.

The providers are going to be happy if everybody is going to share files through their mobile. The only one who won't be happy is your wallet .

@ ferrarista44 a mobile phone as remote for your tv wel most of the people who tought about the idea are to affraid to test it because the TV can break they thing, there are 2 kinds af data that you can send to your tv to change channel but we don't know wich one will work because we don't want to test.

Gee...file sharing? That would be GREAT...for providers, since GPRS is charged per KB! Good luck... I'm sure your provider would LOVE you for sharing files...BTW, GPRS is charged for both uploaded AND downloaded KB.... so YOU pay when someone downloads from your mobile.

Bible, thesaurus/dictionary are very possible. remote? hmmm... useful. wav files as ringtones, themes? They are already built in... pls read the specs and whitepapers.

I want a Word & spreadsheet editors...not just viewers.

As for games... I'd be happy with some old atari games (pacman would be nice) the MIB-FPS game looks interesting... can anyone port Counter-strike to the Symbian OS????

I'd really really like a fax program... something that can send and receive faxes... something that allows me to sign a received fax then fax-back instantly.

I'd also like the ability to rotate the screen 90 degrees so I can work in 'landscape mode'.

The reason I am buying the p800 is that I use my Ipaq as GPS navigator in the car so I need another PDA.
