Hi, I got a MCA-10 and I'm taking pics with it. The camera specs say the photo size is 352x288 but when I send it to my computer, the photo size is only 101x81. How can I change the photo size? I'm using T68i btw. Thanks for all your help. |

@moomoo
There might be a problem with your T68's connectors. Try cleaning it or something. If it still does not work; take it to an service point. |

moomoo, I have no problems with my t68i recognizing the mca-10, except that either though my cam is plugged in, i still can't press the communicam option. But i can take pictures at any time.
squab, do you know if the mca-20 is the same? need to email or send it to the web album to get 640-480? if they don't, then I got scam-ed by the sales. =( |

With MCA-20, no such problem presists...You can save the picture either in the camera itself or in the phone...

The t68i is not compatible with the mca_10. That is why. |

i have an upgraded T68 to 'i' software, tried the MCA-10 View and couldnt get the picture size to increase, when sent via email they still came out at 101x80 pixels.
the only use i found for it was to take pictures for use in the phone book.
there was a post where someone on this forum posted pics from the MCA-10, 20 & Nokia 7650 with the 10 pics appearing larger than my results...dont know how they achieved the bigger size.

The communicam we sell in the stores has the option of changing the resolution. To do this, you need to press the menu button under the yes button, it offers you the option of take a picture, view pictures, or options. You can change the resolution from there. |

Hi,I have a T68i with an Ericsson MCA-10 communicam, and have just taken a pic, and uploaded it to my laptop by means of infra red. It uploaded to my laptop OK, but it has been saved as a .GIF file, and not as a .JPG file. I am running Windows XP Home Edition on my laptop, and would like to know two things:
1) How do I make the Communicam save the photo as a .JPG? My laptop won't display the GIF file in Windows Oicture and Fax Viewer
2) How can I make the Communicam take a larger picture? The size I am getting is only 101x80, which is the size of the T68i screen. I would like a bigger size please. I don't see an 'Options' sub menu under 'Communicam' in 'Fun and games'
Thanks for all your time
Regards
Dom

The mca-10 does work with t68i-the option is listed in the conect menu under accessories-it is not recognised as a communicam
