What condition is the moto mate and how much will you pay on top?

The moto is in A1 condition, not a mark on it, I am not sure how much I should offer on top. The phone is boxed in the original aluminium box with case, wired handsfree kit, charger, in-car charger, I will also include a moto HS180 bluetooth headset, dual charger adaptor (to charge both the bluetooth headset and phone at the same time), data cable and manuals, I think that is all.
