Something like £15 - £20 max. all in.

May stretch to £25 all in max. which is about what I've just seen the T39m / T300 seem to fetch on ebay. The 7210 would be too expensive.

He quite literally just needs a receiver and charger with no added features (camera/bluetooth etc.) at all!

His "dying" one is a 3310 not a 2210 - it'd need to be as small or smaller than that!
