Can anyone help me out
I've just got myself a Bluetooth UBS dongle i've installed the software
that came with it including XTNDConnect blue manager .

When i start the my PC with the dongle in one the USB's , i get the warning/massage saying "

! = PBT02C2USB Bluetooth- Bluetooth USB Dongle is unplugged". even with the = green light on in the dongle =

Im using a pc with xp and sp2

SP2 might conflict with third party drivers. There is no need to use the third party drivers as SP2 has built drivers. Anyway welcome to esato

Thank you for the welcome and the answer, but the problem still remains since my pc doest detect the dongle. when i plug it in the pc only displays USB device, then i try to install it but there are no drivers available for the bluetooth device.

Thats exactly the same problem i used to face. Unfortunately the problem still persists.

Check the hardware manufacturers website....there should be drivers available for download there
