I can only connect K750i via USB once - crashes after that |

Hello
After connecting my phone to pc via usb cable, once I have disconnected, after about 5 mins, my internet connection doesn't disconnect but simply freezes - i.e downloads stop, can't access webpages etc.
Also when I first connect the phone, SE file manager reports the phone is connected and I also have access to the duo card. If I disconnect and then reconnect later, file manager reports phone not connected and I can no longer again access to the duo card either.
I'm sure both problems are related but not sure what to do to retify it.
I'm resently formatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows and yet the problem persists - please help. |

If you're using a Mac, I would direct you to this. Sound like a common problem.

I have exactly the same problem, I have had this problem for months. And nothing I do will sort it. It really is very annoying, but I am going to keep looking. And if I have any joy, I will post here. |

I've encountered this problem too but manage to solve it. the trick is to always do the safely remove hardware everytime you want to disconnect your usb connection of your phone from the pc. After that when you want to connect again it'll be alright. |

ur problem is common , see there is a green colour icon at the bottom right which indicates safely remove hardware , click on it and an window pops up giving some options , at the bottom stop option will be there click it and now u can remove ur phone and reconnect it afterwards |

Hello,
I have the same problem on 2 different PCs.
My connection works fine only ones.
When I remove it SAFELY, and plug the USB cable in again, nothing happends, no virtual drive for the Memory stock and the K750i appears as not connected...
Any Idea ?
Thanks,

Ok, thanks anyway for the fast answer.
Is the Bluetooth connection more stable ? Does anyone have experience ?
Thanks,
