you can't update the phones yourself... it can only be done by an authorized  servicepoint... |

I know it because I work with it  I work on a servicepoint so I know what kind of equipment you need to have access to the EMMA II server on which the firmware is located. Without the right hardware you can't logon to the server |

even if you get the right files you still can't update your phone... because even the update process requires the right kind of hardware (a hardware lock and a card reader with a servicecard) |
