i bet it's more expensive from authorized dealers like Semicon. I hope there's a warranty after flashing the phone. It's kinda risky. |

yes, it is an UNSUPPORTED configuration which no legal service center will do. |

before nythin else, are there already hsing u cn find for w800 conversion?? or should we stil order from ebay?? and btw, where in gh? sa mga muslim??? (hah!? high tech na pla ung mga un ngayon!)

somewhere in this thread they're talking abt flashing from k750i to w800i. Its somewhere in General tab section.
They are using Davinci. |

Yes, k750 to w800 flashing can be done via the DaVinci site but you will have to pay for the firmware just using the usb cable that came with the phone. Read somewhere in the Esato forums. You have to be very careful and follow the procedure step-by-step or you might mess up the firmware which might end you up with a non-bootable phone.
Why would anyone want to flash his phone anyway when the K750i and W800 are identical? The only difference being the casing design, camera cover and the hi-fi stereo headphone and memory stick capacity.
You may void whatever warranty with SE for your K750i.

converting from k750i to w800i IS NOT YET possible with davinci..
go to SIGNAL telecom in greenhills for converting k750i to w800i.... they charge P1,200
