Why do you want a mp3 software, as the k700 has a very good built in mp3 player.so there is no need for a seperate player

I use CDex 1.5.1
I used it to convert Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morrisette to MP3 just the other day. By altering the bitrate to 80kbps and deleting tracks 1 and 13 (hidden) I arrive at 11 tracks totalling 25.5MB. This leaves room for all the other files (pics, ringtones, video's) that I want too.
I transfer all these files in one go using MyPhoneExplorer over BT which takes approx 17 minutes with R2AE033 firmware.

Looking forward to the W800 for obvious reasons...

You can also use iTunes. It can import and create the mp4 file on the fly in one step.
*edited on a Mac of course. Mac: There is no substitute*

N82(YES), iPhone 3G, Shure es530, Nikon D300, more stuff. No more SE stuff, why am I still here?

Do a search here about "mp3 mp4 converter" and you'll get lots of threads with good information about converting to mp3 or mp4.
resistance is futile.
