are there any carriers that dont charge you when u call a 1-800 number?

coz i was hoping mine wouldn't..then coz im on pay asu go, i pay the minimum, and call 1-800 numbesr that gimmie rates of like... 1.5 US cents a minute... and use that... if i go over

...any other 1-800 or...weird exploits? ( a voltage drop kinda thing/mod...ie, free incoming would b VERY NICE)

I think it will still count, because it does not matter what number you call the minutes are always deducted.

why cant they be like land line providers?! hehe. free 1800# would be cool. i dnt really need it tho.
