good day! for some reason, i can't see the next screen in SEUS after checking the five requirements for you to use it. that portion of the screen is blank; i can't do anything but click the SEUS link again in the left screen and start all over again.
is there any problem with SEUS right now? i don't think i have problems with the requirements, as i have satisfied all five of them...
your response will be greatly appreciated... thanks!

i think you have to install the java runtime environment by sun, because they use java for their application... try sun.com for download |

that's exactly what i did, and sure enough, i was able to use the SEUS freely... thanks a lot!
another question: is it really "necessary" to close all applications when updating your phone's firmware? i use a dial-up connection to connect to the internet, and it bores me to watch the progress bar tickling away just like that... music could be nice while updating...

when your computer is fast enough and you have enough memory it should be no problem... it's just for old pcs... maybe it could course something like a buffer underrun in cd burners... |

i see... we do have a fast PC, but our internet connection is very slow... have to be cautious in updating, lest i end up with a dead phone....
