i downloaded poly ring tone thru cable in Samsung V-200. it was ringing but from last week its not ringing. file is present in downloaded box in mobile and accupied memory of mobile but not ringing not deleting,pls help

master reset the phone...then resend the tone and set it as ringtone...that should do it

its not deleting,downloaded ring tone keep my phone memory full even its not ringing.i tried to download and other ring tone but always message appearing that your phone memory is full,help me more

just perform a master reset ...for all settings...

I did master reset by putting code 00000000 its default code for samsung mobiles,but its not reset all features of mobiles only it reset the settings of mobile but downloaded ring tones and pictures always there.is there any way to reset mobile to restore factory default setting,i dont care if doing master reset, erase all my picture, tones, or even my contacts but i need my mobile working in ok position in all means.pls do help me more

There should be a restore factory settings option.......sorry but im not too familiar with the Samsung menus.....dont you have the phone manual ..that should help

yeah i have complete phone manual,there is reset option in phone setting menu,as i already mentioned that it reset only some setting of mobile,like ring tone default,display setting default,wall paper default,but it never does all setting default,what i know that there is some code of master reset of whole mobile.by putting that code in standby position whole mobile become reset,i dont know much about that and also not clear in manual

Try this one too.... *2767*2878#
This is supposed to reset to factory default settings
