K750i connected to PC via USB cable hang |

Hello
When I connect my K750i to my pc via the usb cable - the first time everything is fine and I am able to use SE file manager and gain access to the duo card without problem.
After I disconnect, if I connect again SE file manager hangs (reporting phone not connected), I can't gain access to the duo and for some weird reason my internet connection hangs too?!
Please help |

Is'nt windows a realy good invention, riddled with bugs never does what you want it to do, and always blames you for it's defects. I love windows and Bill gates ( NOT ). Just wish there was more software for Apple, and I would not think twice about moving over to Apple for good. Never yet had a problem with my phone working with the usb cable, but have with many other phones, and always thought it was the phones, but it is more likely to be windows it's self having an issue not the phone.

discod - does your internet connect freeze as well? Have you contacted sony to see what they say? I don't think they will support me as I purchased my phone second hand.

my internet connection works fine - only prob is my usb connection to pc - not consistent at all. Only seems to work when i connect phone to PC before i start pc up. Once i disconnect it i can't just plug it back in and see it again under "my Computer" |

Is it possible to transfer files without installing the PC Suite? via data cable? |

don't think so, as the SE PC suite gives you access to the phones memory, unless of course there is a third party prog out there.
I've tried bluetooth which works fine but its soooo slow at transfering files. |

I don't have blueetooth on PC or a card reader - need to use the usb cable. Really is frustrating. Sony and Xp obviously don't like talking to each other properly. |
