Hello,i know this has be talked about millions of times but the thing is that most of them lead to errors and rubbish..so i was wondering if anyone knew the proper way to change the setting for the video size or how to do so and not give some link that goes to nowhere.i read about the "PVauthor" but dont really know how to use it.Is that what i need to change the video size?any ideas?thanks alot if you can help me.

its not possible to have full screen at the moment as far as i know. It may be included in a future firmware update, but i very much doubt it.

As stated, you cannot change videoplayback to full screen under normal circumstances, and it is not expected to get changed in firmware either.
Every encoder that encodes video in the correct resolution 176x144 for the S700 will play as normal size on the S700.
However the Pvauthor ver. 3.30 encodes with an error in the displayparameter which fools the S700 into playing in almost full screen. Its not intended to but still does. Using Pvauthor ver. 3.30 is the only way. They fixed the error in later versions of Pvauthor.

Alright,then what if i get the old version of the Pvauthor?with the error??what version is that by the way?i have version 3 now. |
