K750i phonebook |

I have a question for you k750i users. When you search for a name in your phonebook, can you search with more than just the first letter? For example, search for "BO", not just "B".
Cause in my phone, I can only search for the first letter. And I just updated my firmware, but it seems like it did not update the phonebook. However, I've seen some other users with K750i's who can search for a name using more than just the first letter.
I currently have the R1L002 firmware
Any feedback would be appreciated |

From what I have been reading before some regions doesnt have the multi-character seach function. I dont think it works in some asian regions. |

ouch, thats bad news. I hope there's a way to enable the multi-character search feature on my phone (i got it in the philippines), seeing as it really is a pain to navigate through 400+ contacts without it. |

I did use the search function, and I found ZERO useful posts.. some posts mentioned it, but none really addressed the issue on how to fix it.
anyways, if someone could help, itd be appreciated |

klorin already addressed your query. you probably have the china version of the fw and thus no multi-character search. you need the euro version.
