How on earth can I insert a web link in a txt file so that if I open the file with a browser it shows the content and not the link address itself ?In a web editor is easy but in a txt file the '<' is becoming '&lt;' and the link does't work anymore :-(

You can't. The answer is to not save it as a text file

In Notepad for example, when you save the page, you need to click the drop down box for 'Save as type' and change it to 'All files'. You also need to manually put the file extension after the filename, as in the example below.
