So what's actually the difference between the 2? I think theres a menu for you to set the sms in the k700...

I guess it depends on your service provider too
i mean sending SMS via GPRS will not be charged, u only have to pay the rentals for ur GPRS subscription.

its a bit quicker over gprs but I'm sure I still get charged per sms not per byte on Orange UK.

any one who uses network in hong kong and can help me out on this?

I just want to be able to clarify whether:
1. Does it charge you on your sms plan or the gprs plan?
2. Would it be cheaper on gprs plan or sms plan in the long run?
