Help needed with a K750i decision! |

Have had my Nokia 6630 for a couple of months and am well happy with its features and reliability. Was in my local shop today and was having a play with the SE K750i which I really liked. The guy in the shop is selling the K750i's off contract ( they are Orange phones) for £250...he has offered me one for £80 and my 6630!
I am well tempted as as much as I like my 6630 the size of the K750i is much more practical as a day to day phone and is very compact. I would prefer the phone GSM but TBH the Orange branding seems quite minimal and not as bad as the K700i and its Orange applied desktop and shortcuts etc.
Anyway, the guy only has 3 left and need to make a decision for tomorrow....I know this is a SE forum so is going to be biased but just wanted some advice....is the K750 as nice as people are saying and what do people reckon in general. I am a bit concerned that may be early firmware and may have the bugs etc but suppose that is the chance you take.
Any help and advice would be appreciated. |

The 6630 is a smartphone. The K750 isn't. If you're not keen on the smartphone abilities, i'd say the K750 is a great choice. Its up to you. |

I've had my K750i now for a few weeks, after being a long time Nokia user. It took a little while to get used to the different ui etc, but I am very happy with it and wouldn't go back to my old Nokia. The only downside to me is the rather small buttons, as this slows down texting slightly, but I've got used to them. I found the K700 buttons worse. Geat phone, highly recommended. |
