Hello. I know there are numerous topics on this subject, and I promise I have looked through them and tried to figure it all out for myself, but I am still confused!

Once I have recorded a video on my K750i and can access it on my Sony Memory stick on the PC, how, then, do I convert it to a format that I can upload to play on websites, and have it show with both the picture and sound? I know as well as converting the file format, I need to resize the video. How do I do this?

Can someone kind list the software I will need to download, and a short, simple process to enable me to carry out what I've said above.

Thanks a lot for your help,

Andrew.

When I open the file in Irfan view, I hear the sound but there isn't a picture. Where the picture should be, it says: Video not available, cannot find 'vids: DIVX' decompressor.

Just get yourself a copy of Mpegable X4 Live. It easily allows you to convert videos to different formats and resolutions.

The 3GP videos dont need to be converted to play on websites (you can do that by allowing visitors to play it in a Quicktime player on your page) or by converting it to play in Windows Media player (which again can be played in the webpage).
Check me out on Instagram ! search for etaab !

I've got a copy of mpegable x4... I just don't know how to get it to work right!

Can you post a simple 1, 2, 3, step guide to converting and resizing a video from the memory stick? I found that tutorial with all the settings, so you can skip by that bit... I just need to make sure I'm doing it right, because I don't think I am!
