hope i've posted this in the right section.
i need your help guys,everytime i get a voicemail i also get a text message to tell me i have a voicemail and now i'm unable to delete the text message saying i've got voicemail.can anyone help me please as it's taking up space in my inbox and i can't get shot of it. |

yes have checked and deleted voicemail,but can't delete voicemail text message from message inbox. |

Back up what you want from the phone to your PC and do a Master Reset. |
