My t68i has complete menu as manual.

For your case, your t68m(i) divert funtion assume "When busy, Not reachable, No reply" as an Unanswered call, so you don't have any option to choose point per point divert to activate.

I don't know if this could be help. Bring the phone to SE Service Center and ask them to flash for a newer firmware version.

This is due to the way your network operator uses diverts (some can even disable cancel all so you are diverting whether you like it or not, One2One/T-Mobile did this but you can ask them to switch off divert).

Divert unanswered is basically all 3 diverts (When busy, Not reachable and No reply) rolled into one to make things simple for the majority of customers. If you plug in another SIM from another operator, you may find that all the usual divert options are available.

You can manually use GSM code ***# to set each divert manually.

being 67 for When busy, 61 for No reply and 62 for Not reachable.

Use *## to check the current number each divert is diverting to (you can check your divert number for voicemail using this).

And finally, use ### to cancel each divert.
