call timers and costs menu is now gone from the settings/calls after i upgraded to R2AY004. i am a TMO user in US.

anyone else seeing this? any ideas...

using cingular sim, the menu re-appears... why would it do this with tmo sim?

I am having the same problem with my Cingular sim. The 'Call Time and Cost' menu is missing. I tried using my old AT&T sim and it still is missing.

my cingular sim is old ATT sim actually... but with ATT as well as megafon (russian) sim the menu is there...

this morning i went to TMO store and got a new sim card... the menu is still missing...

It is the firmware. It has been happening since R2AT

Because it's activated/deactivated from SIM.
There's one bit on the SIM-card that the phone looks at. 1, the menu will be displayed, 0 the menu will be hidden.

and older firmware versions were not aware of this "bit", so the menu appeared before your upgrade but not after.
