I'm really upset with ericsson's so called global support. I live in Canada, and my t39 is screwed up again. My t39 just doesn't get reception anywhere. My service provider said it's a software crash and I just needed to bring it into a service center. However, there are no repair centers in Canada! (Actually there was one, but when I called they told me that they haven't even heard or seen a t39; they only know how to fix t18s.) So sending it to Ericsson means I'll get the phone back in a month. I was fine with it the first time this happened, but then 2 weeks after they send the phone back it does that again. I had the phone for 3 months, one of those months the phone was at the repair center. What i am upset about is that if this problem happens again and again, all ericsson is going to tell me is to just keep sending it in to the repair center and not be willing just to replace the stupid thing. Do they not know how much of a inconvenience it is to me???

To my understanding if I were to reside in the United States, sending my phone to ericsson would mean that I actually get the phone back within a few days. I just don't understand why this is not the case in Canada. Furthermore, I don't understand why SonyEricsson doesn't ship its products to Canada either!
