Hi, Ive been trying to put my o2 settings on my (vodafone) unlocked p910i, but its not having it, I get the settings from the o2 website, but its not letting me connect to the net, whay is this? and how can I fix it?

it needs debranding. this is different from unlocking, what it does is gets rid of all the voda branding crap and will let you use o2 settings.

ah I thought it may, b*****d vodafone, ah well i sold the phonetoday, got the gprs working, but with opera browser, the only thing is I dont know if the mms settings would work?

dont think mms or sms will work either.
ive never had a branded phone but ive read alot of post saying they cant get messaging/internet to work and the reason is because the phone is branded.
a simple trip to your local unlocking shop and they should be able to debrand it for you.

I think sms will work, well I hope so, as I sold the p910i, im sure it will, as Ive had a branded phone before, and it did...
