You don't wanna know what the insurance is, the car cost me £7,000 2months ago, real bargain i thought. I'm 18yrs old insurance would have been £5,000ish BUT i am on my dads as named 2nd driver for an eXtra £300 lol totals £800, cost me £500 for my dad as he doesn't drive it so i payed his. Only downside is that i dont actually get any no-claims in my name

Personally I'd have a black one but to be honest, if I had a motor like that, I wouldn't care what colour it is

Makes you realise why cars sometimes get more attention than girls, the reasons are more obvious everytime the girl speaks (thats because the car purrs)
By the way how old are you, & if 17+ have you taken many lessons yet?

Nope not yet (although i was thinking about edting my original post just for laughs ) its got just over 96,000 miles on the clock, almost the big 100,000 Should run for a long time to come yet though, i'm slowly doing the interior of it as well, got the engine and bodywork sorted to a decent standard.
P.s. 6hrs lol - its a saturday, get out with friends

talking about insurance, i'll be laughing when my cars built, my cousins fiesta when he was first insured cost him £1600, i saw on another forum (somewhere a while ago) that a 17 year old had a similar car specification that i'm building for £700/800!

Well probably shouldn't post the speeds that i've achieved on this forum, but what the hell i will anyway The top speed i had out of it was 145mph The 0-60 time clocks in at just under 5secs, that i like a lot.. yeh the interior is easily sorted, spent most money on tuning the engine and bodywork perect (that damn convertible roof was expensive to fix)
So tonight instead of going out with a mate you stuck here with me talking about cars Doesn't sound too bad actually!
