Uploading Files from pc to k500i takes 70 minutes!!
damn 4 mb takes 70 minutes.. what must i do?? i have on the laptop win 98.. what program i need to speed it a little bit up.. people say it always take at their phone 20 minutes.. but mine over one HOUR!!!
please help me

just at windows 98.. dont use any program.. right mousclick at the mp3 and send by irda

Irda is quite slow, buy yourself a bt dongle it uploads faster.

k500 doesnt have bluetooth as far as i can remember. buy a new phone is my suggestion, pick up a k700 very cheap nowadays...

No, i just sended with another phone a mp3 to my phone and it taked 15 minutes.. for 3mb..
and with my laptop 60minutes for 3 mb...
so it's not the phone;... what must i do with the computer?

Play around with the IRDA settings on your PC.. duplex/simplex, speed, etc.
