All of a sudden the key 0 is not working properly on my T68i. Scary. I have to hold it down for a couple of seconds to get the zero on the screen. It was fine earlier today.

Any one else experienced the same problem? By the way I should mention all the other keys are perfectly fine and normal.

Thanks in advance.

Do you think its software related. Cannot see it being hardware related as I have not dropped the phone yet.

it's not software related... and it's quite common... it can be fixed by changing the dome foil (which works as the contact between the keypad and the circuitboard)... so just leave it to a servicepoint and they'll fix it

I have the same problem with the number 1 key. all of a sudden the key just broke down. but today i was plannig to go to the service point to have my t68 sent away (because i'm not sure that it can be fixed directley) The nuber 3 key worked again.now 90% of the hits of they key works fine. so mabey it restores itself.

Do they send it away or do they fix it there?

I had the same problem, and i got it fixed, but they told me that the T-68i wouldnŽt last long, soon its going to be unmodern when the new models comes out on the market... can that be true? all the money that iŽd spend on that phone, for nothing...

Who is they dr.david?

Seems like a stupid thing to say to me, everything goes out of date eventually. Just because the T68 cost a lot of money doesn't mean this won't happen too. At least it's held it's value a lot better than the 8310, that is worthless already

R2F004 is the T68i-software... but it's available as the T68m MMS upgrade as well... but then R2F is only available for some languageversions...
