Hi
I need a favor from you if I may; I have a friend visiting Dubai now and due to the shortage or actually Non availability of the T68 in Saudi Arabia for the last 2 weeks, I have decided to buy one from Dubai.
What I need to know is:
1-The software version if it is updated.
2-the price and where to buy from
3-If you have any idea of the Bluetooth if available and the price.

Hi,
1. LAtest SW if updated is R2a
2. 1600AED from Jumbo Electronics ( get from here as easy to update SW at juma al majid).
3. Bluetooth is 750AED from UAEMALL.com.
you can get the T68 from uaemall.com too, delivered to any Gulf country, but the downside is that the SW upgrades will be hard.

Hi see i get my phone from jumal majid directly or from world of mobile which is at city centre contact num is 2952112
person mr hameesh or haji
AED 1645 with new sw and garauntee.
the head set is AED 670 from them if you buy it with the phone
good deal i guess.

Hello
I just wanted to tell you guys that I have bought the T68 from Bahrain for BD.168 (around AED.1680) with Latest SW R2a (upgraded in 10 minutes).
I also bought the Bluetooth HBH20 for BD.68
I have to add that I had good experience in that past with Ericsson agent in Bahrain "Fakhroo" with very high service standard not like the ones we have home

Congrats on ur new phone from bahrain
Anyways, ejasim, U have mentioned the bluetooth headset can be bought from uaemall.com.......have u bought anything from them? Are they good? Hows the delivery? And how 'bout the prices?
Im in dubai, and I wanted the mp3 handsfree, but I cant seem to get it.
Jumbo says its for 540 bucks, and Radio Shack in CityCentre says its for 145, but they dont have it in stock in the Dubai branch, although its there in Abu Dhabi.
I was wondering anyplace where I can get the mp3 handsfree for a good price, coz RadioShack doesn't expect the mp3 handsfree to come anytime soon in their Dubai branch.

hello,
I havnt actually tried UAEmall.com, but most items r cheaper there than in the street shops. try aptecmobiles.com as well. they sometimes have good offers.
u can get the mp3 from uaemall i think....

I was shocked, what jumbo and uaemall.net was selling for 540, the same thing here is just 200 bucks.
Better is Radio Shack in CityCentre. Its only 145 there.
Now,, the difficult part...what would you advice, wait for the mp3 playa to come in Radio Shack or buy it from aptec?
Its a difference of 55 bucks. But I'm not sure how soon is Radio Shack gonna get the player actually.....

radio guys are morons, they just say that the shipment will arrive in a couple of days everytime i call them or go there.
I will goto the ericsson service centre in dubai-sharjah road and buy from there, its 200 there also. | |
