Ive been searching ebay again, and sorry guys if this turns out to be a scam ! But i got an offer from a guy who wants to sell 100 phones for 750 euro, ex w800, and he wants to pay with dealing-secure.com, i think thats a good deal and i think dealing-secure is good to pay with, but what do you think ? Can i trust him ?
His 1st email:

That dealing-secure website is obviously not genuine.
1. Any company dealing with money would include contact details and a registered address. This website only allows emails to be send.
2. The register form is not done over https
3. the login page is not https
Doing a whois lookuo on the domain name returns this
The Registry database contains ONLY .COM, .NET, .EDU domains and
Registrars.

The offer is dodgy, the phone isn't out yet and the price is too low for a pre-release phone (if it was) !

But what is the safes way to transfer money if you buy something from another person, that you dont know? |

If this guy was genuine, he would have asked you to use paypal.
Also a bit of common sense provails in this instance.
750 euros for 100 phones (which would normally be more like 400 euros each). |

There are no safe transfer actually, you have to trust blindly the other guy that he will send the goods after payment but paypal.com (ebay.com owner) has a protection program if you get scammed but I don't enough about paypal so I don't go futher in this.
For me the safe way is bank transfer and paypal but again you are not garanteed to get the goods but I suppose you can complain back.
Just be smart and analyse everything before. We allready gave you some clues next time you find such offers
