K750i SMS report sound when silent! |

Hi all,
When my K750i is in silent, it still makes a sound when I use SMS delivery reports. Has anyone found this? Is there a fix available?
If anyone could try it I would be grateful.

on my R1A044 EMEA_6 it is fine, delivery confirmation message is silent as well.

My firmware is R1A044 but EU_3_C, if I'm reading it right.
So looks like it maybe a version specific thing.
Anyone using my firmware version with this 'feature'?
