I think the K750 is better than the W800 for some people and for others the W800 is better than the K750. |

The difference between the two are mostly cosmetic. If you want to have a more formal-looking phone get the K750i. If you want a funky-colored one and would want to store a lot of music and pictures out of the box, go for the W800 since the included Memory Stick Pro has a larger capacity than that of the K750i. |

The W800 looks more like a toy for school boys while the K750i looks slightly more mature. I suggest you go for the K750i.

 said in a recent statement that the chassis and parts of the phone are the same. Both the lens' and the lcd's are the same. The only difference is the case, which in my opinion is nicer, and of course the headphones, which are far superior, and also, the larger memory stick.
The phones are the same, part of the EX-nude 70 series or something, of which the K750, D750, W800 run on, along with all continental versions also run.
Just want to make this point. So in the end, it is upto what you want ur phone to look like. I never got the K750, I've always wanted the W800 since it was announced.
Any other Q's just ask...

PS: of course the W800 also has a different media player icon, and also it has flight mode.
