I am from Singapore!

The price would have to depend on the different types of plans you subscribe to.

currently, I am playing S$0.04 per sms which is equal to 0.023372 euro.

Exchange rate taken from www.asia1.com

If I'm infront of my PC and I need to send sms, I would go to some websites to send for free.

Rupees 2 That works out to be about less than 3 pence or about €4 cents. It used to be free for a long time. Then they started charging Rupee 1, and now it is Rupees 2.

Here in Mexico, my plan includes 20 SMS (+150 mins) for 399 MXP (~48Euro) after that is 0.85 MXP (0.09 Euro) per message but only to mobiles in our network. It sucks, too expensive.
