Samsung has once again unveiled a clamshell with a focus on sight and sound.
The SGH-T200 is the successor to the SGH-T100, which was released earlier this year. The SGH-T200 sports a 65,000 color-screen display as well as 16-tone polyphony. Enhanced Messaging Service (EMS), which allows pictures and sounds to be exchanged, will also be a highlight of this dualband.
Tipping the scales at 99g, the dual-screen SGH-T200 will come with an auto-opening mechanism. This allows users to conveniently open the lid of the phone with just one hand.
Other features include a Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) browser, infrared as well as personal information management (PIM) functions.
The T200 is expected in the fourth quarter this year.
