Yes the phone can use this memory but its still at the same speeds as normal 1gb cards,i have x2 1gb sony pro-duo cards (1 is high speed) and they both run at the same speed.

Depends on what phone that you are talking about. It will work in the V800 but as mentioned it works exactly the same as a normal speed duo pro card.
The Z1010 doesnt support Duo Pro cards.

When you transfer in your phone with the cable or in a card reader the two card are the same writing speed ???

The phone itself cannot read at high speed. If you get a card reader for your pc that supports it then it will use high speed.

when i transfer on phone they are same speed as mentioned above,
when using card-reader the high-speed of course works faster than te regular, no degree needed for that btw..
and i am using a K750i (can you guess)
