I just got my old SE HBH-15 exchanged from Carphonewarehouse for a new SE HBH-30 and these are the problems i am experiening with it.
1. The listening speaker on the headset pop's and crackle's everytime you press the 3 buttons. This is just before the bleeps are heard when the buttons are pressed and last for about 1sec. Otherwise under normal usage, the speaker is fine. It's only when you pressed the buttons.
Is this a fault ?
2. The range is not very good, compared to my hbh-15 before. I revieved a note in the box stating that t68i users should upgrade the software to R2E006.
Should i do this?

Upgrade to R2E should sort this out.

I know when you press on both the volume button only. There will be some beeping sound. It is to tell the user what's the battery status. You could check tht on the manual, but pressing all three button should indicate something else and not having some iritating voice. The best is to check with the manual and then the personnel in SE service centre. |

Well, if SE tells you to upgrade to R2E006.. Can you come up with ANY idea why you shouldn't ?
