Problems with the Sony Ericsson Update Service |

I have tried updating my K750's software on the Sony website. I have used this many times before for my K700 and S700 and its worked fine. This time it just freezes and says Applet StartApplet started. I left it for 20 minutes and there was no change. I've been trying all morning but nothing. This is the instruction I get, but nothing happens:
"Download and install the client application
After completing the installation you will be redirected to the correct web page automatically.
Do NOT close this window"
If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated,
Cheers,
Dan

Have you tried getting the latest java runtime from www.java.com ? Thatīs a good start. Iīd also try different browsers. I remember not being able to upgrade my P900 unless i used Opera. Go figure..

Hey Lads, I downloaded the latest version of Java. But its still hanging on the same page. I tried resetting my browser by doing a disk cleanup, deleting Files, Cookies and clearing my history, nothing!
What am I doing wrong?
Cheers,
Dan
