k750i Davinci FTP Problems |

I've been trying to download the firmware list using the Davinici software, but keep getting "error connecting to FTP".
I've searched these forums and tried the posts suggesting to use the standard client (i.e. not K750 specific) and still get the same error. I can check my credit counter fine, just not get to the FTP!
I've tried FTP'ing to the IP address its connecting to directly through my FTP (72.36.166.196) but still get no response.
Wonder if it has anything to do with their www.davinci-server.com server being unavailable?? I watched the video manual earlier today at work and that link worked fine (http://www.davinci-server.com/Video.DaVinci.Manual.rar) but now from home, I cant resolve this url.
anyone else having similar problems or direct me somewhere that i can get the firmware files from?

Yeah, no probs now. Tempramental isnt it. Been trying for about 3 hours, then ding dong, it works...
