D750i from T-Mobile > free K750i - data lost? |

Hi@all!
Today i will flash my T-Mobile D750i to a free K750i but one question is not answered: will the current data will be lost? I've SMS, MMS, Adressbook, Themes, Profiles, etc...
Is there a chance to back up data?
BTW: When needed, is it possible to reflash the original T-Mobile FW? |

ad 1) You will lose everything.
ad 2) You can backup your phone book with MyPhoneExplorer. Google is your friend. Themes, Sounds etc. can be backed up by simply copying them to the PC.
ad 3) If DaVinci has the flash files for T-Mobile, it's possible to flash back.
ad 4) Don't forget to change the CDA string when flashing. Otherwise, SEUS will flash branded firmware as soon as you use it.
Weitere Informationen per PN, ich werde mein D750i heute abend auch debranden. Kommst Du bei DaVinci auf den Server? Da gehen die Meinungen im Moment auseinander.

Why are you flashing the phone? Is it just not to have the T-mobile customisations (although there is not alot there) or just part of the unlocking process?
If you do flash the handset you will lose everything as it will be reset to factory settings.

T-Mobile doesn't allow to use SEUS, so it's not possible to get actualFW versions. Reason enough to flash, IMHO. |

I have never flashed a T-mobile handset so did not know that.

It seems like there are some providers, especially in Germany, that do not allow their users to flash themselves. That's why I - although I am a very satisfied T-Mobile customer - will debrand my phone. I bought it because they advertised it with "Update your FW yourself" and now they refuse to support SEUS. |

Hi!
Yesterday i've found special D750i Files on the Davinciteam Link noted on the homepage. I've flashed them but also the CDA was changed! Is it possible to get back to the original CDA from a D750i to use the WAP content from T-Mobile? The phone tells me its an K750i...
CDA10236/1 R21A
cxc125953 R1J002
T_MOB_INT_A
What can i do? The two branded Icons are now original SE and the t-zones button will give you the activity menü after long time pressing...no additional logos, NO games on the phone after flashing.
Shit! Please help! Can i get back to original CDA defaults? |
