Perhaps the Yahoo! server is having problems? All your settings are correct? You are using the correct data account? Is Yahoo! mail even compatible with the Z800?

Try using other pop3 mail services like mymail.ro or bluebottle.com Yahoo popmail has never worked for me.

Sorry for not giving a direct answer... But..

Wasn't Yahoo's POP access a paid service.

Your outgoing settings will have to be taken from your Operator (mobile).

In the mean time do check up the plain vanilla:

wap.yahoo.com.au OR

http://wap.yahoo.com.au/raw?dp=mail&src=mail1&Refer=yahoo&ySiD=qvPKQiEnLDaGJ_B51jmJ

to access the normal wap site

Thx

..............OR............. Sign up for free pop 3 mail from wap.mymail.ro. Signing up on wap is a lot easier because its in english. The website is in romanian. I'll give you the settings once you sign up. Good luck! You can even get free mail from http://www.bluebottle.com but apparently they have temporarily disabled new account sign-ups. _________________ Congrats to all Esato Awards winners!!

mrao, on worries there. Old accounts are safe. Only new signups have been disabled.

i managed to received mails from my Z800i... but the problem is everytime i check my mail, it will download all the mails from my yahoo acount instead of NEW mails only. Is there anyway to change the setting to retrieve new mails only? thanks!
