If it is R2AE033 then only way to upgrade is by taking to a SE repair centre or use the davniciteam website. If your firmware is earlier than this then get yourself a docking station (DSS-25) and upgrade using SE Update Service (SEUS) on their website....assuming your phone is not branded.
