Blue streaks in photos. k750i |

help people... even though i'm taking pictures under a light.. there are blue lines in my photos... but that is if you take a really good look at the pictures but if not then you wouldnt notice it... is it a firmware problem? or is it normal? |

remember, the K750i does not have a built-in flash, so you must have sufficient lighting when you take pics.
do you have a sample pic? |

You dont need any software to transfer files from the phone to PC via BT, other than the standard BT software installed with the BT adapter.

I had this issue with my pics, seemed to get worse over time and became very annoying.
I just updated my firmware this morning on the sE website and the problem has gone for me. Perhaps in my case it was a firmware issue?
I am now running R1L002 |

so in your case even if you are taking a photo under daylight you could still see blue streaks? can you post a sample pic? |

I agree!
I would suggest you take it into the carphone warehouse, or the shop where you bought it from. It's pretty obvious that there is nothing we can physically do to help, unless you post up some sample photos and someone that may have had the same problem can help: but just saying 'blue streaks' doesnt really give a clear picture what the problem is. Large? Thin? Dark? Light? what lighting conditions does this happen in, when did it start.
I am guessing firmware, or damage.

here is the pic i took... well its not clearly visible about the blue lines m talking about but if its in my phone i could see thin light blue lines on top of the plate... maybe because its dark?
