Difficult to say what's up without seeing all your phone and PC settings but I use Outlook 2003 and everything syncs perfectly.

Not much help but the current version does work.

Mostly through the sync station, the only one you might need to change on the phone depends on how you have set up the address book on your PC.

go to contacts>options>advanced>sync order and decide if you want to sync by first or last name.

Thats the only phone option everything else is software controlled through sync station.

1. Are you pointing it at the right Outlook folders?
2. It can get 'overwhelmed' by trying to synchronise too many taks for example
3. Outlook breings up a dialogue box wheich requires you to let the program have access to Outlook, but thiscan get buried behind other windows

Don't know if any of these could help or not....

While your phone is connected, go to Start - All Programs - Sony Ericsson - Sync Station - Settings and make sure your date range settings are not too much as the phone only allocates a small amount of memory for calendar entries. I had similar problems until I changed the range of days

Hope this helps...

Hallo,

I wonder what happens with my notes attached to outlook contacts.

Are there no means to attach them somewhere and make them visible?

The notes in my k750i correspond to what in outlook, or are they completely independant?
