Dead earspeaker of my K750i |

Hi everyone, im a K750i owner for 7 days now and without doing anything when i tried to use it 2 days ago and i found out that the earphone speaker is dead! The day before it was working properly. I tried to master reset it and i have also updated its firmware into the new one "R1J002" but it still doesnt work.
Any ideas anyone? Help!!!

bring your phone back to where you got it and have it replaced for a new one. |
