Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem after updating to the latest R1L002 firmware using the SEUS.

Does the mobile phone monitor work? Can it recognise the K750 when you plug in the USB cable? Mine is just showing a constant flashing yellow tick since the update, whereas it was recognising the phone under R1J002 and turning to a green tick after a few seconds of flashing yellow.

This very same thing happened with my S700i a few months ago when I updated it using the SEUS. It just wasn't recognised anymore.

The problem now is that unless I can get it fixed, I'll be unable to use the SEUS again to update my phone as it won't work unless the mobile phone monitor recognises the phone and displays a green tick.

If you've update to R1L002, can you do me a favour and connect your USB cable and start the mobile phone monitor by opening the Sony Ericsson File Manager and report back whether it recognises your phone.

Many Thanks.

Yes, mine works fine. It blinks yellow for a few sec. while it connects and then turn green. I just did a sync with Outlook too, just to make sure everything worked.

Your problem is in your installation on the computer, not the update.
You can safely use SEUS, but try uninstall and reinstall the software on your computer.

Thanks for the replies guys. I just did a reboot of my PC and tried it again and it worked. Phew! False alarm.
