i'm having trouble updating my v800 using SEUS |

i'm trying to update my v800 using the SE update service but i keep getting a message saying "usb cable not found" but my phone is connected (the phone icon appears in the mysuite connection)
i've got the usb flash driver installed from a previous update (i've updated someone elses v800)
i presumed as mine was a different v800 i would have to reinstall it as new hardware but when i hold down the left navigation key and press the power button, no new hardware is detected.

Do u insert cable in correct USB port?

yes i've inserted it into correct usb port (i've tried every port)

yes the flash usb driver is installed on one of my ports. i've tried everyone. it shows a connection on each port.
